Refund policy

 1. Final sale item

• No returns possible: The product “Gotcha Matcha 30g” is marked as Final Sale item. This means that this product cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded after purchase. We ask our customers to take this into account when purchasing and to make their choice carefully.

 2. General return policy

• 14-day return window: For all other products that are not marked as Final Sale, we offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Within this period, customers can return the products as long as they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment. We recommend securing tracking or proof of shipment to facilitate the process and ensure that the return reaches us properly.

• No restocking fee: No restocking fee will be charged for the return of products. This applies to all products except those marked as Final Sale items, as these are not eligible for return.
