How to make your matcha
1. Sift 1–2 g of matcha (about ½–1 teaspoon) through a fine sieve into your bowl.
2. Add 70–100 ml of water at 70–80 °C (not boiling, otherwise it gets bitter).
3. Whisk with your bamboo whisk (chasen) in quick “W” motions until it’s frothy - like a creamy green cloud.
4. Then it’s time to sip, smile, repeat. 💚
